Job Description

Able to handle project from RFQ to SOP.

Hands on experience on Auto Cad and solid edge/Solid works.

Knowledge of costing calculations and able to do zero based costing.

Able to prepare PPAP/DR documentation.

Sound knowledge of GD&T and able to make process drawings.

Process design of gears and shafts manufacturing.

Sound knowledge of gear lead & profile and calculations.

JIG/Fixture design and development.

Able to interact with customer for DFM/DFA points discussion.

Able to handle running change ECN and modifications.

Process validation and correction for 4M1T.

Basic knowledge of TPM and IATF 16949.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts-MOST/Line balancing & VSM.

Plan and drive strategic and Capex projects.

LCA identification and identification.

In depth knowledge of Kaizens and VAVE implementation.

Ability to lead and monitoring of project.

Able to manage the development speed as per customer requirement.

Must have good analytical and technical skill.
